About Jeff Lava

Some people spend years searching for their calling. Jeff Lava found his the moment a curtain dropped.

At his first concert — Supertramp and Cheap Trick — something clicked. The lights, the energy, the way a room full of people could be transformed in an instant. He was hooked, and never looked back.

What Jeff later learned was synesthesia — a natural ability to see music as vivid visuals — became his greatest professional asset. That instinct drove him from Toronto to Nashville straight out of high school, touring with bands and building a career that would take him around the world.

Over three decades, Jeff has lit up stages from China, to India, to South America. Jeff worked alongside multiple Grammy Award-winning artists, along with former President George W. Bush. Jeff has also earned Emmy and VMA nominations along the way.

For 15 years, he led a production designs firm specializing in music videos and large-scale global concerts. Today, Jeff brings that same creative vision and 30+ years of expertise to enterprise clients who demand world-class results.

Nashville is home — where he lives with his two daughters and where every new project begins.
